Due to the business relationship between URICH2 and ThinkMarkets as an introducing broker (IB), when you register and open an trading account with ThinkMarkets through us, ThinkMarkets will pay us a commission based on your every trade, of which the majority will be refunded to you as a cashback rebate.
However, if you directly open an account and trade with ThinkMarkets by yourself, ThinkMarkets will not pay any commission to you or to us. Therefore, if you open an account by yourself, you will not be able to earn rebates.
Will my trading conditions change if I open an account through URICH2?
No, your trading conditions will not change in any way by opening an ThinkMarkets trading account through our referral.
The trading conditions of your account, including the spread, commission, overnight interest, and others, will remain identical to those of directly opening an account with ThinkMarkets by yourself, without any differences.
I already have a ThinkMarkets account, how can I receive cashback rebates?
Due to the policy limitations of ThinkMarkets, it is not possible to change or add an introducing broker (IB) to an existing account that has already been opened and traded. Therefore, you will need to open a new ThinkMarkets trading account using our referral link and a different email address.
If your account has not been funded or traded yet, you can also send an email to ThinkMarkets using your account's email address to request that your account be transferred to our URICH2 referral. The email content should be as follows:
To: support@thinkmarkets.com
CC: support@urich2.com
Subject: My trading account needs to be linked to agent 35372
Content: Hello Think Markets Customer Service,
My name is [your name], and my trading account number is [your account number].
I need to link my account to agent 35372. If my account has already been linked to the agent, please reply to this email.

When will ThinkMarkets pay the trading cashback rebates every week?
Generally, under normal circumstances, ThinkMarkets will process the trading cashback rebates every Tuesday during London business hours. There may be some delay if there are any issues with the official website system.
How is cashback realized through my account, and how can I check when the cashback is credited?
Your weekly trading cashback will be transferred directly to your MT4 trading account via the backend system of the ThinkMarkets website. The cashback funds can be used for trading or withdrawn directly from your account. You can check your cashback by logging into your MT4 trading account and viewing the transaction history.
Can I receive rebates for my losing trades?
Trading rebates are commissions paid by the broker based on the trading instruments and trading volumes of each trade, regardless of whether the trade is profitable or not. As long as each trade is closed, ThinkMarkets will pay the corresponding trading rebate to your trading account within the stipulated time, regardless of whether the customer is profitable or not.
Can I have multiple ThinkMarkets trading accounts at the same time to earn rebates?
Yes, you can.
As long as the ThinkMarkets MT4 trading accounts opened through URICH2 are used, you can earn trading rebates. Currently, rebates are not supported for MT5 accounts, so please be aware of this when opening an account.
Why do I need to verify that my ThinkMarkets trading account is under URICH2?
Due to various network issues, your trading account may not be registered with our link, and the broker will not pay commissions for trades made by customers whose accounts are not registered with our link.
Therefore, it is necessary to verify with us whether your newly opened ThinkMarkets trading account is registered with our link to avoid missing out on trading rebates. You can also send an email to support@urich2.com to verify your account.
