On 1 September, Elena Krutova, Exness Chief Administrative Officer, embraced her new role as the company’s
local representative, participating as a panelist at the recent Cyprus Fintech Summit.
The topic of their discussion, “Change the Mindset, Change the Game: Corporate and Entrepreneurship Wellbeing,”
highlighted the necessity of nurturing a positive company-wide attitude. Such a mindset promotes employee
engagement, productivity, and satisfaction.
Mrs. Krutova touched upon the significant subject of the role of work in our lives. “As we get older, we find ourselves
seeking a sense of meaning in life,” Elena Krutova commented. “While work isn’t everything in life, it is a large part
of it, and it’s natural to want to connect it with bigger purposes for happiness and fulfillment. If we, as managers,
struggle at work from time to time, you can imagine how our employees feel. By practicing empathy with our
employees we can identify their challenges and support their pursuit of meaning,” she concluded.
Reflecting on Exness’s commitment to industry events, Mrs. Krutova said, “At Exness, we’re committed to supporting
events and initiatives, such as the Cyprus Fintech Summit, that aim to put Cyprus on the map of the global fintech scene.”
She further shared her experience, stating, “And it was a pleasure being part of the conversation alongside other industry
experts and thought leaders, discussing our industry’s crucial needs. A big thank you to my fellow panelists Eirini Fotiou,
Nektarios Liolios, and Tony Jamous, as well as our moderator Matteo Rizzi.”
The Cyprus Fintech Summit is a pivotal international platform, shedding light on the financial sector’s future. The event
assembles speakers from across the globe, delving into areas such as cryptocurrencies, blockchain, banking, and
payment systems.
