These are the most common causes for connectivity issues on MetaTrader4: Antivirus software, firewalls 

and even your Internet Service Provider (ISP).

Since there can be multiple reasons, please check the following:

• Check on another computer or device to see if the issue is limited to your current computer or device

• Try disabling any active Antivirus software

• Try a different internet connection
