If the account has not been funded, please send an email request to service@axi.com with the account number and preferred currency so our Client Services team can make the necessary adjustment.
If the AXI Trader account has not been funded, please send an email request to service@axi.com with the AXI account number and preferred currency so our Client Services team can make the necessary adjustment. Once an AXITRADER account has been funded unfortunately is not possible to change its currency. To use a different base currency, you will need to request a new trading account, a subaccount. This can be done directly through the Client Portal by selecting ‘’Open New Account’’ on the left side, then selecting ‘’Account Type’’, clicking ‘’Next’’ and selecting the currency, leverage, and account type.
