As part of our mission to continuously improve our clients’ trading experience, we have upgraded our ThinkPortal

to include a direct support feature populated with our most common requests.

With this feature, you can inquire about different account types, change of leverage, and upgrading to a professional

account. You can also submit general inquiries and open a trade investigation directly through ThinkPortal, making it

easier and more efficient to raise requests with our client support team.

Here’s how you can submit a request:

  1. Log in to ThinkPortal

  2. Select Support on the left-hand menu bar

  3. Click Support Request

  4. Fill out your request and click Submit

Login now to see the new feature

Don’t worry, our other forms of support such as email, phone and live chat are still operational, you can also contact our

client support team through our social media channels.
