Document verification is usually very fast and you can always check the status from the same section in FxPro Direct.

  1. Sign in to FxPro Direct with your email and password.

  2. Get ready to take a photo of your passport, ID card or driver’s license.

  3. (A Proof of residence, such as a bank statement or utility bill, issued within the last 6 months, may also

    be required).


Click the “Upload documents” button and choose the row with the document you prefer to provide.

Document verification is usually very fast and you can always check the status from the same section in FxPro 

Direct.


Please note that uploading the documents through Direct is the only acceptable channel of submitting these 

documents and that any documents sent by email will not be processed.
